Maddi Gonzalaz

Maddi Gonzalez is a Mexican-American cartoonist and illustrator from the Rio Grande Valley. She has spent countless years providing art for comic books, tabletop games, visual novels, art books, toys, theatrical productions, and apparel. Maddi has been nominated for two Ignatz Awards— most recently for self-published horror comic Rhapsodie #1: The Conductor.  Maddi’s debut as a graphic novel illustrator, TIFFANY’S GRIFFON (written by Magnolia Porter-Siddell), is set to release fall 2024 with First Second Books. Maddi’s second graphic novel, GOOSEBUMPS: THE HAUNTED MASK (an adaptation of R. L. Stine’s chapter book of the same name) will also release in fall 2024 with Scholastic Graphix.
